A Hotel Perfect and Worldpay partnership provides a secure payment environment for travellers from across the globe. Due to changes in the most recent PCI Compliance (V3.2) which took effect in April 2016, new rules state that cardholder data must be ‘tokenised’.
With a Worldpay integration, every card transaction processed through Hotel Perfect is checked via the Worldpay portal for authentication. Card data is then tokenised and full or part payments are then possible.
As well as card security, another benefit to this module is that you are reassured that credit cards provided are valid should you require a ‘cardholder not present’ payment.
