How Our Secure Payment Module Works

To work alongside our Property Management System, at Hotel Perfect, we offer a Secure Payment Module which allows our customers to accept, store and process cardholder data safely and securely.

With greater emphasis on PCI compliance, our Secure Payment Module works using tokenization, this means that after the cardholder information is entered and linked to a contact or booking for the first time, that data is tokenized – the payment gateway can recognize it, but the actual data is not visible.

Not only does this improve the security of card transactions for your guests, but it also assures that the card details being given are valid, especially in situations where payment is needed when the cardholder is not present.

As an added feature to our module, tokens are delivered into Hotel Perfect along with bookings from our direct booking engine*. This integration streamlines the process and means that your staff have more time to concentrate on more important matters, such as looking after your guests.

In this modern age, with heightened threats in cyber security and identity fraud, its paramount that hoteliers demonstrate to their guests that they are doing all they can to ensure their data protection.
