Control your events from your PMS
The Events Management module provides a list of events, with key information, at a glance, and can link into rooms within your calendar so you can follow a live, visual representation of what is happening in your business. We have brought function bookings together with accommodation bookings so that the event can be managed entirely through one system and everyone can have access to the latest information about the wedding, conference, lunch or lecture.
You can create pro forma invoices, build function sheets, store table plans or menu preferences, and all this can be done without having to log into another system. Contact and marketing information for events is efficiently gathered and stored in the database so you will never miss out on a re-marketing opportunity.
Improve management of groups
This module is also a great tool for making group bookings as it allows you to book a number of rooms quickly, through an availability search rather than having to choose individual rooms. You can then update guest names at a later date. All event bookings also link to the sales ledger so you can charge to an account which can then be sent as a detailed statement to the customer at any time.

Book Function Rooms and Bedrooms – Manage bedroom bookings within the function booking so that all the bookings for that event are linked and accessible in one place.
Create Pro Formas – Event or group organisers will often require a pro forma invoice prior to the event, our module makes sending this to them quick and easy.
Choice of Calendars – You have the option to either add function rooms to the bottom of the bedroom calendar or you can create a separate calendar which provides added flexibility.
Quick-Book Feature – When booking a number of rooms at once, speed is very important. This module allows bulk booking which will save you a great deal of time.
Charge Forwarding – When booking an event such as a wedding you may be told that a number of rooms are being paid for by the event organiser, you can set this up in just a few clicks.
Events Front Page – An events list with key information such as date and balance due lets everyone in your team know exactly what is happening and when, at a glance.
Store Documents – If you use function sheets or often keep documents such as table plans and menu preferences, you will be able to save time (and paper) by electronically storing these in the event booking.
