Clients Vision

After years of running the Hotel Perfect version 4 software with great success, the Watergate Bay Hotel was keen to upgrade to version 5 of the Property Management System (PMS). One specification the Watergate had for Hotel Perfect was to ensure the Direct Booking Engine would integrate seamlessly into their contemporary website, remaining in line with the company’s sleek branding and aesthetics.

They also wanted a restaurant management system and therefore Hotel Perfect’s Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS) technology was an excellent way to manage the selection of eateries under Watergate Bay’s umbrella. The Hotel Perfect EPoS management system allows guests to charge meals to their rooms with ease anywhere on site. Using the Hotel Perfect EPoS software means guests have no requirements to carry cash at any time.

What We Delivered

Here at Hotel Perfect, we took a few days to transfer all of the data from the Watergate’s version 4 legacy software and import it into the updated model, version 5. We conducted training on the features of the new PMS, as well as introducing the Watergate staff to additional modules such as channel management which rendered manual price updating obsolete and saved hours of work.

Meanwhile, dynamic pricing allows the Hotel Perfect PMS software to adjust rates automatically. The Hotel Perfect Events Management and restaurant bookings features make the general day-to-day running of the Watergate Bay Hotel more efficient and reliable, located all on one system, with the ability to update room bills perfectly. The add-on features have a substantial impact on the way the Watergate manages its data and ensures a smooth experience for all those using it.

With Watergate’s aesthetics in mind, the Hotel Perfect developers began to seamlessly integrate an Direct Booking Engine into the website. The Watergate Bay can now utilise direct bookings while keeping their website modern, sleek and sophisticated.
