Client’s Vision

Being such a prestigious and relaxing venue, Links House required a quick and reliable Property Management System that could help them to cater for their guest’s multi-faceted needs.

With a high number of repeat guests, it is very important that the team at Links House have the details of their guest’s previous stays, contact information and preferences at their fingertips. Since Hotel Perfect is designed especially for independent hoteliers, it has all the tools to ensure that the reception team can give the guest what they want from gluten-free meals, to the same room as last time, to a personalised birthday card each year.

What We Delivered

We installed our Hotel Perfect Version 5 PMS on the hotel’s laptop in 2013 whilst the hotel was still under construction. We provided the General Manager with in-depth one-on-one training initially, so that she could then pass knowledge of the system on to her colleagues. This enabled the manager to input bookings and have plenty of time to gain confidence with the system before day-to-day duties began.

Being a well-known location for weddings and corporate events, the Restaurant module and Event module were a must so that details could be held securely in the system for all staff to access, ensuring that a smooth service could be delivered.

The Call Logger was installed enabling guests to use in-room telephones and charge the calls directly to their bills. Direct Bookings was also a key feature for Links House so they could capture bookings directly from their own website and not have to pay any commission.

A year later and Links House have decided to install Hospitality EPoS to enable bar to room charges but most importantly, control their stock using the Inventory Module.
