This charming hotel comprises 62 bedrooms ranging from single rooms to luxury suites and family bedrooms, making it perfect for a romantic getaway or family holiday. The Exeter Court Hotel is also well equipped for dining, offering a delicious range of dishes and a rather extensive wine list. The hotel prides itself on excellent customer service and helpful staff which all add to guest satisfaction. The wedding scene is also a major part of the Exeter Court Hotel’s clientele and the hotel’s attention to detail and in-house wedding coordinator helps to put it on the map as a popular local venue.

Client’s Vision

The Exeter Court Hotel had previously been using the Hotel Perfect Legacy version 4 software and so had an understanding of the Property Management System (PMS). They then decided to upgrade to version 5 in order to experience the modifications to the all in-one hotel software solution. One of the features the Exeter Court Hotel was keen to use was the ability to store important documents relating to reservations, events and weddings. These could be seating plans or other vital items, which could be easily organised and accessed from one simple place.

The Exeter Court Hotel also wanted to implement a Channel Management System which would ensure rate parity across all of the Online Travel Agencies (OTA’s) they may use. The channel management system is also able to automatically update availability to all channels to prevent any overbooking fiascos and eliminate constant manual updating.

While the Exeter Court Hotel was having a PMS upgrade, the owners took the opportunity to receive additional training on their existing Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) software.

What We Delivered

The Hotel Perfect team were able to conduct a fluid transition from the version 4 PMS to version 5 with minimum disruption to the everyday function of the business.

The Channel Management System was also installed which helped to keep rates paired throughout the various OTA’s while also making sure that the bookings numbers were accurate.

The Hotel Perfect team were also able to offer additional training in their EPOS system with regards to loyal guests that continually returned.
