Landsby Apartments are Luxury Apartments for guests over 65. Including care facilities (in-house) and servicing.

The Elysian Residences model benefits from an extensive track record of the United States senior later living sector, where excellent service and quality design combine to create inspiring and elegant communities.

Elysian Residences has formed a partnership with US brand leader One Eighty, a company with four decades of experience providing luxury hospitality and care.

One Eighty manages dozens of later living residences in the United States and has recently expanded its operations to Canada, Mexico and India. Its international success is based upon a reputation for truly exceptional customer service.

They also have two properties in the UK in London – Hampstead and Stanmore

Stanmore was the first site in the UK and is now open. Hampstead is still being built.


Clients Vision:

The Elysian Residences wanted a Property Management System and did not have any Hotel Management systems previously as this is their first UK Hotel, they do have other Hotels in the US, but that system can’t support the UK.

Elysian Residences were referred to Hotel Perfect in their search for solution for an in House room bills and staff communication system. Our housekeeping/maintenance app has especially enhanced their day to day operations and assisted in the opening of their new UK site.

What we Delivered:

The team at Hotel Perfect worked with Elysian Residences to create a bespoke software solution.

It didn’t take a lot to enhance Hotel Perfect and appease all departments, for example Changing how contact notes display to include care notes, emergency contact numbers, family and friend names, accounting periods, etc.

30 Day packages were created to facilitate service charging

Account ledgers for all homeowners – allowing the team to invoice on a monthly basis.

Arrivals and Department lists for the care and activity teams.

Once everything was in place, we provided full training for all heads of departments, so they have a full understanding and ability to use Hotel Perfect to its full potential.


Elysian Residences are utilising:

Document Store – Allowing them to electronically store customer information and also care information within the PMS.

Guest Messaging Allowing concierge to interact with in house Apartment owners via email/text to able to make them aware of Bills being available, last-minute activities, shopping trip, etc.

We love the Maintenance App and how you can walk around and take pictures of faults. This also eliminates speech barriers.
