How much does Hotel Perfect cost?

Our prices are tailored to your business requirements and are based on the size of your hotel as well as which modules and solutions you choose. If you would like to find out what we can achieve for you, please let us know what you would like to achieve and request a tailored quote.

How much training would I need?

We provide full training for your team and the number of days depends on the size of the team and the number of modules and solutions chosen. Typically training spans over 2-4 days with a further 2-6 days for data migration, setup and installation.

Do I need to opt for a Cloud-based PMS?

No, you also have the option of a server-based PMS. There are pros and cons for each delivery method although Cloud-based is usually the most popular option. We can discuss your individual requirements to ensure the best solution is delivered.

What sort of support do you offer?

We offer comprehensive support 365 days a year between 8am and 11pm. Our support centre is always just a call or an e-mail away and our emergency response time is within 45 minutes. We have remote access to all our customers’ systems so we can pinpoint your exact issue or talk you through a process as if we were there with you.

How is the Cloud-based PMS hosted?

Hotel Perfect Cloud is hosted within a private remote server environment. This means that your data isn’t being moved and you aren’t sharing space with other people. Each of our clients has a dedicated and secure remote server that is within a data centre in the UK.

What does “Cloud” mean?

The idea of “Cloud” software and “Software as a Service” (SaaS) is that your hotel system is being taken out of the business and is being managed by a software or IT company (us). It vastly reduces your dependency on computer hardware and means that you are able to access your system and your data from anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. If you have a Cloud-based PMS and your computer blows up, you can immediately pick up where you left off on another computer or device.

Do you offer a free trial?
