Having worked successfully with Hotel Perfect Version 4 for many years, St Michael’s Hotel chose to update to the latest Version 5 of Hotel Perfect and upgrade to our latest EpoS solution for their AA Rosette award winning Restaurant as part of their continual investment in customer service. They also required a solution to update their prices and availability across a wide range of online sales channels to ensure rate parity and eliminate overbookings.
What Hotel Perfect delivered:
Installing the latest Version 5 of Hotel Perfect enabled the Hotel to gain the benefit of the many additional features and increased functionality of the new software to even further enhance their professional sales operation and 4 star customer service. Our Channel Management solution enabled the Hotel to reduce the time spent individually updating various 3rd party websites significantly, eliminating the need for manual updating with the Channel Manager reading rates and availability direct from Hotel Perfect.
