What they wanted:
Travelsmith required a reservations and marketing solution capable of helping them manage operations within the expanding complexities of their multi-site operation, and capable of combining the needs of two separate sales teams, in Essex and in Cornwall. The system needed to be easy to use, but of equal importance was the need to be able to deal with the complex needs of their wide ranging customer base, and the differing breaks and packages they provide for them. In addition, they required a competent reporting solution to deliver the marketing information that is, and has been, fundamental to Travelsmith’s continual development.
What Hotel Perfect delivered:
Hotel Perfect provides Travelsmith with a PMS solution for each site, which also has the ability for their central reservations teams in Essex and Cornwall to be able to book any of the Travelsmith properties. We also provide an EPoS Solution for their multiple bars and restaurants.
In addition, our online booking solution enables their customers to book both self-catering properties and hotel accommodation online and commission free, with real time availability updates a vital resource to Travelsmith, given their numerous sites and two distinct reservations teams. Additionally, our Channel Management Solution enables effective, central management of the groups’ complete availability and prices for the extensive range of online agencies they work with.
