Hotel Perfect customer wins 2 prestigious awards

After being shortlisted in December in two categories in the National Hotel Excellence awards, The Cumberland Hotel Bournemouth yesterday went on to win outright both categories, beating many nationally renowned Hotels including the 5 star Goring hotel, London’s only independent 5 star hotel and favourite Hotel to Queen Elizabeth the second.

The Cumberland won the following out of all entrants and finalists in the UK and Ireland.

EXCELLENCE IN MARKETING-BEST LARGE HOTEL  For demonstrating how the Cumberland had attracted new business in imaginative ways, from both the corporate market and business tourism in General.

BEST VALUE FOR MONEY-BEST LARGE HOTEL For demonstrating how the Cumberland’s facilities, food and service are second to none, and how the hotel goes the extra mile to leave customers feeling it was “worth every penny”.

The awards were sponsored by the British Hospitality Association, Business Excellence Awards, Institute of Hospitality and Caterer and Hotelkeeper along with HRS international Booking Agents, and presented by travel writer and broadcaster Simon Calder.
